We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please review our policy below to understand our return and exchange procedures.

Returns for Store Credit

We offer returns for store credit within 14 days of your order’s delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached.

Please Note:
We do not issue refunds for non-faulty items. All approved returns will be credited to your account as store credit, which will be issued via a digital gift card.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Store credit does not include the original shipping cost and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us
Before sending your item back, please contact our customer service team at support@themickingco.com with the following information:
Your Full Name
Order ID Number
Details of the item(s) you wish to return and the reason

Step 2: Wait for Instructions
Our team will provide you with the official returns address and any further instructions. Please do not ship your return to the address on your package, as this will delay the process.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once authorized, ship your return using a trackable shipping method. The item is your responsibility until it arrives at our facility. We are not liable for return packages that are lost in transit.

Condition of Items

All returned items must meet the following conditions to be accepted:

Unworn, Unwashed & Unused: Items must be in new condition, free of any wear, perfume, deodorant, or makeup stains.
Original Tags Attached: All manufacturer tags and labels must be securely attached.
Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging or a similar protective package.
Hygiene: For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on:
Final Sale Items (as marked on the product page).
Gift Cards.
Personalized or Monogrammed Items.
Items that have been worn, washed, or are covered in animal/human hair.

All returns are thoroughly inspected upon arrival. If an item does not meet the conditions above, it will be returned to you at your expense, and no store credit will be issued.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a faulty item or the wrong item, please contact us at support@themickingco.com within 14 days of receipt.

Please include your order number and photos/videos clearly showing the fault or error. We will gladly arrange a replacement or a full refund for the faulty/incorrect item, including any return shipping costs.

 

Important Notes

Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days from when we receive your return for us to process your store credit.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
Multiple Returns: If a previously exchanged item is returned again, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee to cover excess shipping costs. We will always notify you before this happens.
